Theme Overview
The 2026 SCAAIDD Conference theme, “Mission Possible: Supporting Every ABILITY,” reinforces our collective commitment to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are supported, empowered, and valued in every community across South Carolina.
This mission is not impossible — it is intentional.
It calls on providers, Direct Support Professionals, administrators, advocates, families, and partners to work together with focus, innovation, and heart. Every session, every strategy, and every partnership moves us closer to a system where ability is recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.

Guest Room Reservation extension on the room block cutoff! The new cutoff date is now Thursday, 9/10.

The first night’s stay is due when making your reservation and the balance of the stay is due at check-in. (Or it can be paid in full prior to check-in)
Paying for Your Rooms: You can pay room balance in full before your arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive. If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there IS a 2.5% fee that will be charged.
Parking
Self- Parking is $13.99 per day reduced to $6.00.
Valet Parking is $20.00 per day.
