Sponsor and Exhibitor Information

The South Carolina Chapter of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, (SCAAIDD), invites you to participate as a Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, or Exhibitor in our 2026 annual conference, scheduled for September 30 - October  1 and  2,  2026 at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.

DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO BE OUR TITLE SPONSOR!

We have an incentive for conference attendees to visit each sponsor or exhibitor's display by implementing a card signature system. Each attendee will have a card with the names of all sponsors and exhibitors. When they come to your exhibit, you deliver information, then initial the card. At the closing session, one person who has visited all exhibits will be selected, and awarded a $100 cash prize.

We also have a component to market your goods or services. Each sponsor or exhibitor may collect contact information from attendees (for your purposes) and offer a door prize for one selected person. We will incorporate the drawing for your prize into the closing session, providing another opportunity to have your company or agency recognized.

We have one opportunity for your organization to have MAXIMUM impact on those in attendance. The Title Sponsorship is available for $6000. 

The cost for Platinum Sponsorship is $3500,   which includes exhibition space (a six foot skirted table), meals for two people, and your company information prominently displayed on conference materials. Also, there will be a link to your company on the SC Chapter AAIDD website, and a summary of your company on this website: http://scaaidd.com/ The link and information will remain on the website until the 2027 conference. 

Exhibitor space is limited, so reservations will be on a first come first serve basis. The cost for business Exhibitors, State Agencies, and non-profits is $1500. A skirted, six foot table is provided and the exhibitor fee includes meals for two people.

This year we are offering an opportunity to sponsor a coffee and/or beverage station, or to provide snacks during conference breaks. Costs will be determined by the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, and your company/organization will be recognized in the conference program and by signage at the location of the serving station.
